In February the Catalan and local press talk about the letter received by Nicolau from Mariano Ca\u00f1ardo to join the group which will participate in the next German Tour in May. Ca\u00f1ardo wants him to join his team with other cyclists and asks his permission to negotiate the economic conditions of his participation. The disagreements between the current federation, UVE and the clubs becomes very obvious in February 28th at the Llucmajor velodrome.
